The purpose of a Compliance OHS audit is to identify both Company’s OHS strengths and weaknesses.
The audit centers on Company’s Policies in place, Human Resources, Accountability, Hazard identifications, Controls, training, Change Management, and numerous other factors which are assessed.
This is done by interrogating how well the Company’s OHS Programme complies with legislation, regulations, guidelines, and other well-established best practices.
And as a part of continuous improvement, LED POWER TECHNOLOGIES (EA) K LTD was subjected to a Contractor Compliance Audit by TotalEnergies Kenya that had a 360° degree view of the entire LED POWER TECHNOLOGIES (EA) K LTD Operations, Human Resource, Strategy, and Finance.
