LED POWER TECHNOLOGIES (E.A.) K LTD is looking for a passionate Female Sales Representative Intern to assist with our day-to-day customer relations programme. The successful candidate will stand to gain sales experience in the corporate arena while also gaining exposure to the various products and services we offer to our customers.
Responsibilities:
After orientation, the Sales Representative Intern will cover various duties among some key aspects of customer relations such as:
🎯 Manage and respond to customer walk-ins and inquiries, inbound calls, texts, online chats, and emails.
🎯 Assist customers with their purchase orders by having them processed and delivered.
🎯 Provide solid information to potential customers regarding our products and services.
🎯 Empathize, listen to, and understand customers, and recommend products or services to suit their needs.
🎯 Maintain good recordkeeping of the customers you interact with, the products or services they inquire about, and any sales conversions made during every experience with them.
🎯 The candidate will be recommended to use POS-related systems.
🎯 She will also be recommended to track, document, and share data and trends, relative to our products and services.
🎯 And she will also be required to carry out related office duties as advised by management.
Baseline Requirements:
✔️ Continuing college students are encouraged to apply for this internship. The candidates must have covered any of the following units in their respective courses: Business Management, Business Commerce, Finance, Sales and Marketing, or Customer Relation.
✔️ We require someone detailed, action-oriented, a keen listener, computer literate, a social media enthusiast, a problem-solver, and someone capable of assisting our customers throughout the entire customer relations and purchase cycle, from choosing appropriate products and making recommendations, to simple demonstrations and testing of our products.
✔️ The successful candidate must show commitment and resourcefulness, and, in addition, must be keen on meeting deadlines and fulfilling projected weekly/monthly quotas.
✔️ We look forward to working with a fluent English and Swahili-speaking sales representative who can communicate well with customers through phone, email, online chat, and social media channels, in a fun and fast-paced organization.
