We are seeking 3 qualified Construction Safety Officers to join our team and support safe site operations across our projects in Othaya, Nyeri and Naromoru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures on construction sites.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Perform site inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
- Generate weekly report and follow up on incidents, near misses, and non‑
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Maintain safety records and support compliance with OSHA 2007 and construction safety regulations.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients on safety matters.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, Environmental Health, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in construction site supervision or safety operations.
- Good knowledge of Kenyan construction laws and OSHA regulations.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Word & Excel).
